Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, consultants, and references. Schedule interviews and coordinate with departmental heads. Support joining formalities and employee induction programs. Maintain candidate and employee records. Attendance & Payroll Support Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift data. Coordinate with payroll team for salary inputs. Verify overtime, attendance corrections, and leave entries. Support preparation of MIS related to manpower and attendance. HR Documentation & MIS Maintain employee personal files and HR database. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and monthly MIS. Update HR records including confirmations, transfers, promotions, etc. Ensure proper filing and documentation compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications MBA / PGDM in HR BBA / B. Com with specialization in HR may also be considered

Preferred Skills Valuable communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Positive attitude and willingness to learn Robust coordination and organizational skills
