Description
Role Purpose Own and strengthen the analytics and workforce reporting backbone of Talent Acquisition. The role enables leadership decisionmaking by converting hiring and workforce data into clear, actionable insights covering capacity planning, hiring efficiency, cost optimization, and vendor governance. The incumbent works closely with the TA Head, TA leadership, and recruiters across India to ensure accurate, consistent, and insightled reporting. Key Responsibilities 1. Hiring & Workforce Analytics
- Build, maintain, and automate TA dashboards covering:
- Hiring WIP, ageing, offers issued, joiners, dropouts, pending cases
- Open requisitions, sourcing mix, turnaround times (TAT)
- Track endtoend workforce movements:
- Active headcount, noticeperiod employees, joiners, leavers, dropouts
- Variance analysis against hiring plans and approved headcount
- Provide analytics at firm, business unit, competency, and city level. 2. Leadership Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly TA scorecards, MIS, and review decks for:
- TA Head
- TA leadership and business review forums
- Deliver thematic deep dives on hiring productivity, bottlenecks, demandsupply gaps, and trend analysis.
- Translate complex datasets into simple, leadershipready narratives and recommendations. 3. Cost, Vendor & Sourcing Analytics
- Conduct hiring cost analysis including:
- Costperhire, vendor costs, internal vs external sourcing mix
- YoY and trend-based analysis
- Evaluate and present vendor and sourcing channel performance:
- Vendor productivity, job board utilization, conversion ratios, ROI
- Identify optimization and rationalization opportunities for TA leadership.
- Support annual TA budget planning and quarterly forecast revisions. 4. Strategic, Governance & Technology Support
- Support workforce planning exercises, compensation benchmarking inputs, and adhoc workforce studies led by the TA Head.
- Track TA technology initiatives and ERP/ATS rollouts:
- Milestones, adoption metrics, data governance reporting
- Ensure reconciliation and consistency between ERP, ATS, and Finance data. 5. Data Governance & TA Collaboration
- Partner with recruiters, SPOCs, and TA operations teams to ensure:
- Data accuracy and timely updates at source
- Standard definitions and reporting hygiene
- Maintain a single source of truth for TA and hiring analytics across the firm.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all workforce and hiring data. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of TA dashboards and reports
- Quality of insights influencing hiring strategy, vendor decisions, and cost outcomes
- Data hygiene, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readiness across systems Skills & Competencies
- Solid expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint with senior leadership storytelling capability
- Working knowledge of ATS and ERP systems; ability to extract, clean, and reconcile large datasets
- Highly analytical, structured thinker with a businessfirst mindset
- Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and discretion Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related discipline, CA Inter preferred
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, including:
- Minimum 3 years in TA analytics, HR MIS, or workforce reporting
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or large multicity organizations preferred
