This role goes beyond traditional recruitment — you will partner with business teams, understand hiring needs, and deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring across functions (Sales, Marketing, Tech, etc.)
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and prioritization
- Drive pipeline building, market mapping, and sourcing strategy
- Track and improve key hiring metrics (TAT, conversion ratio, offer acceptance)
- Manage job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
