Role Overview The Senior Associate HR Operations is responsible for executing and optimizing end-to-end HR processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and employee experience. This role supports core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HR systems, documentation, and stakeholder coordination, while driving continuous improvement in processes and service delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding
- Ensure timely documentation, system updates, and compliance with internal policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Admin) for seamless employee experience 2. HR Operations & Process Execution
- Execute day-to-day HR operational activities with high accuracy and adherence to SLAs
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (e.g., UKG, SAP, Workday)
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes 3. HR Systems & Data Management
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across HR systems
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records 4. Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation
- Track and close compliance-related actions 5. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR operations-related queries
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to ensure smooth execution 6. Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Support automation initiatives and standardization of HR processes
- Contribute to SOP creation and continuous improvement projects Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good knowledge of HRMS tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment
- Experience in a Global Capability Center (GCC) or multinational organization is preferred What Success Looks Like
