Hiring for one of the top 3 management consulting firms globally 6 Months paid HR Internship Role & responsibilities
• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding activities such as documentation, background verification, joining formalities and stakeholder coordination for smooth employee integration.
• Assist in recruitment operations including interview scheduling, candidate communication, maintaining recruitment trackers, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS databases while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance.
• Support performance management processes through coordination of review cycles, followups, documentation, tracker management, and reporting support.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives by supporting HR events, communication activities, employee surveys, wellness initiatives, and culture-building programs. Preferred candidate profile
• Graduate/Post Graduate with prior relevant HR internship experience in a diverse and multicultural work environment
• Strong interpersonal, communications (written & verbal) and problem solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of the team
