Senior Manager - HR Operations (Haryana)

- Lead and manage HR operation processes including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to across the organization.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR services.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop workforce planning strategies, talent management initiatives, and organizational development programs.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
