Job Title: Manager MIS (HR Dashboard & Attrition Analytics) Department: Human Resources Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Manager – MIS (HR Analytics) to lead HR data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives. The role will be responsible for designing and managing advanced HR dashboards, analyzing attrition trends across business verticals, overseeing PMS data, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic HR decision-making. The candidate should have strong expertise in data handling, reporting automation, and stakeholder management, along with excellent presentation and communication skills. Role Overview: As a Manager – MIS, you will drive the HR analytics function by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across all HR domains. You will lead data-driven initiatives, enhance reporting efficiency through automation, and partner with HR leadership to enable strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the preparation of comprehensive HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, engagement, and PMS metrics.
- Analyze vertical-wise attrition trends and provide actionable insights to reduce attrition and improve workforce retention.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across systems and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D;, HR Operations, etc.) to design meaningful analytics frameworks and insights.
- Drive automation and optimization of HR reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Manage and oversee PMS data reporting and analytics, ensuring alignment with performance cycles.
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and workforce planning initiatives through robust data reporting.
- Track and monitor key HR KPIs, proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide strategicinsights and data-driven recommendations to HR leadership and senior management.
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior MIS/analytics team members, if applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR MIS, HR analytics, or related domain.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, advanced formulas).
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Sound understanding of HRMS systems and data structures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced orporate or consulting environment.
- Exposure to HR compliance, audits, and workforce planning.
