Your Role We are seeking a skilled and health-focused Chef de Partie (CDP) to support and manage kitchen operations at Welnez Hygiene Naturopathy Retreat. The role requires knowledge of natural, vegetarian, therapeutic, and naturopathy-based cuisine, with the ability to assist in setting up kitchen operations during the project and pre-opening phase. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen assistants.
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Must have
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and vegetarian cuisine.
- Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- High standards of personal hygiene and grooming. Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.
- 1 – 4 years of experience in Commercial kitchen, Benefits:
