Ayur Matam (Ayurveda Health Village) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Manage administrative staff and coordinate between departments
* Handle patient service processes and ensure quality care standards
* Maintain records, reports, and compliance requirements
* Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff
* Manage vendor for services, negotiate , and monitor performance
* Ensure productive inventory and resource management Requirements:
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Prior experience in hospital administration is preferred Experience:
* 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare administration Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
