Key Responsibilities Office Maintenance & Cleanliness Ensure the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and the pantry, are kept clean and tidy throughout the day. Monitor and refill water dispensers and ensure drinking water is always available for staff and guests. Dusting furniture, cleaning glass doors, and coordinating with deep-cleaning services when necessary. Banking & External Errands Cash/Cheque Deposits: Handle basic banking tasks, including depositing cash or cheques at the bank and collecting statements. Deliveries: Pick up and drop off documents, parcels, or office supplies to clients or vendors. Manage utility bill payments or other official outdoor errands as assigned. Pantry & Hospitality Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors. Coordinate food orders for team lunches or executive meetings. Maintain an inventory of pantry supplies (sugar, milk, tea bags, snacks) and report shortages. General Support Operate office equipment like printers and photocopiers as needed. Assist in moving files, stationery boxes, or office furniture. Keep track of office stationery levels and assist in organizing the storage room.

Requirements & Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role (Office Boy/Peon/Runner) is preferred. Reliability: High level of honesty and integrity, especially when handling cash or sensitive documents. Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with staff and visitors. Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for long periods and lift moderately heavy items. Transport: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle (bicycle/motorcycle) is a major plus for errands.

Pay: ₹7,000.00
- ₹9,000.00 per month
