Key Roles and Responsibilities: Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities. Client Communication:
- Initiate contact with prospective customers.
- Present company services/products clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients. Sales Strategy Execution:
- Understand market trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with product features, pricing, and value propositions.
- Provide product demonstrations or presentations when required. Proposal and Negotiation:
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally. CRM and Reporting:
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates to management. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Share market feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement. Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Continuously work on improving conversion rates and overall business growth. Skills Required:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
