Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of recent business opportunities.
Client Communication: Initiate contact with prospective customers. Present company services/products clearly and persuasively. Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients.
Sales Strategy Execution: Understand market trends and competitor offerings. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with product features, pricing, and value propositions. Provide product demonstrations or presentations when required.
Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and agreements. Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.
CRM and Reporting: Update and maintain client records in the CRM system. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates to management.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction. Share market feedback and suggestions for product/service improvement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Continuously work on improving conversion rates and overall business growth.
