Hr Manager Bhosari

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee engagement initiatives, and acting as a liaison between management and employees. Additionally, the role involves handling payroll, benefits administration, and workforce planning to support the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications HR Management expertise, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and policy development Experience in payroll management, perks administration, and workforce planning Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in using HR software and technology Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus Previous experience in a manufacturing or Fabrication setting will be preferred.
