HR Intern (Bhosari)

HR & Admin Intern – Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in HR Operations and Documentation, including maintaining employee records, personal files, attendance data, leave records, and HR-related documentation.
- Support the preparation and issuance of HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee-related correspondence.
- Coordinate and assist in Employee Engagement Activities, including employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, training sessions, and team-building initiatives.
- Help organize employee welfare programs and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in Office Administration and Facility Management activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support service providers to maintain office facilities.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery inventory, and general administrative records.
- Support Vendor Management and Coordination by communicating with vendors, obtaining quotations, processing service requests, and maintaining vendor databases.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services as per company requirements.
- Assist in preparing administrative reports, records, and MIS as required by the HR & Administration team.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Pay: ₹15,000.00
