HR Executive (Chandivali)

Job Title: HR Executive Company: Prima Innovation Limited (A Subsidiary of Prima Plastics Ltd.) Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Chandivali Junction Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation
· Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
· Assist in statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, and labour laws
· Support performance management and employee engagement activities
· Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations
· Coordinate training and development initiatives
· Prepare HR reports and MIS as required Requirements:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
· 2–4 years of relevant HR experience
· Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
· Solid communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity CTC: As per company standards Note: Candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Pay: ₹20,000.00
