Experience: Minimum 2 years in Mortgage Portfolio Handling

Role Overview:

The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing the existing mortgage customer base, ensuring portfolio health, and driving customer engagement through effective servicing and upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and retain the existing mortgage loan portfolio.

Ensure timely follow-up for renewals, repayments, and documentation.

Maintain portfolio quality and monitor early warning signals.

Address customer queries and ensure high service standards.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and branch teams for smooth functioning.

Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
