Real Estate Project Manager (PMO)As a Real Estate Project Manager, your role includes: Supporting initiation, planning, and execution of multi-discipline sub-projects, ensuring adherence to agreed specifications, timelines, costs, and staffing requirements. Integrating all work-streams involved in delivering real estate construction projects, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution with support from senior colleagues. Operating with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment to make decisions on significant financial and project-related matters. Supporting Sr Construction PM with an oversight to manage the site execution team responsible for civil and finishing works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Directing the external project partners (PMC, Architect, Cost consultants, etc.) to manage and administer on-site materials, ensuring that all supplies are handled, stored, and utilized according to project specifications and quality standards. Presenting detailed reports on project status, including progress, financial performance, and any deviations from the plan, to stakeholders and senior management. Engaging in clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients, to ensure alignment and address any concerns promptly. Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during project execution, ensuring developing resolution plans in a timely manner to minimize the impact on project outcomes. Managing project timelines and milestones using project management tools to ensure efficient progression and timely completion of all project phases. Providing guidance to address any issues or deviations from the project plan, implementing actions to ensure project alignment.Youre the right fit if you have: Bachelors / Masters degree in project management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent. Minimum 8-13 years of experience in areas such as Real Estate Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design, or equivalent with Bachelors. Minimum 4 years of experience in areas such as Project Management, Construction Management, Architectural Design, Engineering Design, or equivalent with Bachelors OR no prior experience required with a Masters Degree.
