Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of design plans. Create prototypes and samples of textile designs for testing and evaluation. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in textile technology.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent in Fashion Technology. Solid understanding of textiles, colors, and finishes. Proficiency in design software such as CAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
