Job Title: Business development Associate- Sales
- Pune Location Roles and Responsibilities:

End-to-end sales of recent properties through Cold calling Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.

Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage MS office Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
• Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence Educational Qualification & Work Experience : A graduate from any discipline is preferred
* 6 months of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
