Senior Human Resources Manager (Pune)

As a Senior HR Manager at Mittal Group, located in Sadashiv Peth, Pune, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions with a specific emphasis on payroll management. Your proactive and detail-oriented approach will contribute to the success of our HR team.Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll end-to-end with precision and punctuality.- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements concerning PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.- Maintain accurate payroll records and collaborate with the accounts department for salary disbursal.- Address payroll-related inquiries while upholding employee data confidentiality.- Assist in recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.- Conduct current employee orientations and induction programs effectively.- Support performance management procedures and appraisal cycles.- Manage employee grievances and provide support in disciplinary actions.- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize HR events.- Preserve HR documentation and records in HRMS or internal systems.- Keep abreast of labor laws updates and ensure compliance at all times.Qualifications & Skills:- Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience, including hands-on payroll management.- Demonstrate a robust understanding of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and compliance standards.- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HR/payroll software.- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.Additionally, Mittal Group, based in Sadashiv Peth, Pune, is a well-established business group recognized for its excellence across various sectors.
