HR Operations (Rupnagar)

Location: Mohali (Work from Office) Shift: Rotational (Day/Night -General, EMEA, LATAM) Role Overview : This role is an entry level role and it will provide hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR systems, and shared services processes Key Responsibilities
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities including documentation and system updates
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee data in HR systems (HRIS/HRMS)
• Support preparation and validation of employee documents (offer letters, contracts, etc.)
• Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate data flow
• Track and update HR reports, dashboards, and operational trackers in Excel
• Assist in resolving employee queries within defined timelines
• Ensure adherence to HR processes, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines
• Support smooth functioning of operations across global rotational shifts Eligibility
• Graduate / Final-year student (HR or related field preferred)
• Interest in HR Operations / Shared Services Skills Required
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) What You Will Gain
