Job Title: Recruiting Operations Lead Location: Pune, India Experience: 10–15 years Industry: Financial Services About the Role We are looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive efficiency, scalability, and excellence across our talent acquisition function. This role will play a critical part in optimizing recruiting processes and delivering a seamless candidate experience from application through offer acceptance. What You’ll Do Lead and optimize end-to-end recruiting operations. Ensure effective controls are in place and drive a culture of compliance for the TA function. Establish and drive best practices for data integrity. Identify and implement improvements to coordination processes, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience and compliance. Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and drive continuous improvement. Enhance and manage recruiting systems to streamline workflows. Manage the Agency Preferred Supplier List and invoicing process. Lead and mentor a team of recruiting operations professionals. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and financial services regulatory requirements. What We’re Looking For 10–15 years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations Background in financial services (banking, insurance, asset management, etc.) preferred. Proven ability to improve processes, drive efficiency, and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions. Experience working in complex, rapid-paced, or global organizations.
