Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator role based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems. This role will coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate communication, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The position will also help administer employee perks, leave tracking, and attendance, while responding to basic employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Administrator will assist in implementing HR policies, support compliance with labor and employment regulations, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives aligned with FarmDidi’s mission and values. Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Practical knowledge of Benefits Administration and exposure to leave, attendance, and basic compensation processes.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or HR databases, including accurate data entry, record maintenance, and basic reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and comfort with digital tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, ethical practices, and respect for diverse backgrounds, including rural communities and women entrepreneurs.
