Receptionist/Administrator/HR (Sanpada)

We are looking for a presentable and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our builder office. The candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors and should maintain a qualified and welcoming office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Maintain visitor register and appointment schedules
- Coordinate meetings with Sales, Accounts, and Management teams
- Assist in basic office administration and documentation
- Handle courier, inward–outward registers, and office supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00
