About the Role Avhan Technologies is looking for a proactive and execution-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR coordination in a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to leverage AI tools and modern HR technologies for improving productivity and efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and campus drives
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases HR Operations
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation
- Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, exit documents, etc.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance/accounts team
- Maintain HRMS and ensure policy compliance Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities and events
- Support grievance handling and employee communication
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture Compliance & Reporting
- Support labor law compliance and HR audits
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of records Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR Generalist/Executive experience
- Experience in IT/software recruitment preferred
- Good knowledge of HR operations and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
- Ability to use AI tools for drafting communication, recruitment coordination, reporting, and process efficiency
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Preferred Skills
- Experience in startup or tech environments
- Exposure to technical hiring and campus recruitment
- Familiarity with Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.
- Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to adopt automation and AI tools in HR processes Pay: ₹150,000.00
- ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits:
